We take pride in offering the most advanced, intentional, and effective glute training in Rocklin — and this class is proof of that. 💪🏼 Based on the science-driven principles of Bret Contreras (aka “The Glute Guy”) and backed by 5+ years of hands-on experience shaping the best booties in the 916, our Signature Booty Builder class is designed to: Isolate all regions of the glutes — glute max, medius, and minimus Build shape, roundness, and strength Improve posture and pelvic stability Eliminate quad dominance and knee pain by building strong glutes that do their job ✨ The blueprint exercise for elite glute development? Hip thrusts. And at FITNELLO — we’re OBSESSED. With our custom hip thrust stations and expert instruction, our ladies are hitting PRs of 300+ lbs — many who had neverdone a hip thrust in their life before joining. We start slow, master form and technique, and then the strength skyrockets. The growth? Next level. 📈 During this 8-week training phase, we continue applying progressive overload — gradually increasing resistance to stimulate consistent muscle hypertrophy. Week after week, you’ll notice visible results, improved glute activation, and serious gains in both strength and shape. In this class, you’ll also use elite equipment like the Booty Builder Hip Thrust Machine, glute kickback stations, hip abduction units, and cable attachments found only at FITNELLO. 🔥 This is not a banded burnout class. In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 24-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 24-hr window.
