Our Arms & Core Class is a strength-focused, circuit-style workout designed to seriously challenge your upper body and core. We don’t mess around with light weights or fluffy movements — this class is all about building real strength in your arms, and abs through intense, targeted exercises. Each session combines heavy lifting, isolation work for your biceps and triceps, and dynamic core training that hits your abs from every angle. It’s fast-paced, high-intensity, and meant for women who are ready to push past their limits. If you’re looking to sculpt strong, defined arms and a rock-solid core while leaving every class feeling powerful and accomplished, this is your workout.

These communities are within a 10-15 minute drive from our Rocklin studio. In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 24-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 24-hr window.
