This pregnancy fitness and nutrition guidance is designed to support a healthy pregnancy and help you feel confident and supported as your body changes. Each program is personalized to your trimester and energy levels, focusing on safe prenatal exercise, gentle strength training, mobility, and nourishing nutrition to support both mom and baby.

The program helps with common pregnancy challenges such as back and hip pain, pelvic floor and core weakness, fatigue, swelling, posture changes, and healthy weight gain. Training and nutrition are adjusted as your pregnancy progresses, helping you stay active, comfortable, and mindful through every stage of pregnancy while safely preparing your body for birth and postpartum recovery.
