Fitnello is a premier all-women fitness company. The members of our team are ISSA (International Sports Science Association) certified experts. We specialize in women’s fitness, personal training, nutrition, weight loss, and body transformation!
We launched Fitnello to empower women like you. Through our innovative and effective training methods, our goal is to make working out a lifestyle, not a temporary weight loss or muscle gain solution. Our programs are designed to be sustainable, lasting, efficient, and effective for the modern woman.

Fitnello's unique training approach not only changes your physique, but it helps you push yourself when your body is tired and your mind is screaming for you to quit. Our mission is to demonstrate to you that success is not final, failure is not fatal, and it is the courage to continue pursuing your lifelong fitness dream counts.
We have partnered up with the 1st Phorm as well as Many Fitness Apparel companies to provide our customers with the best available fitness supplements and clothing on the market. Our store is open 7am-7pm Monday through Friday, and 8am-11am on Saturdays.

The Fitnello Fitness studio is currently coaching on-site at our Rocklin location, and online globally. Our team is working with thousands of women via Fitnello's fitness and nutrition app online.

Fitnello is unlike any other fitness gym near you. We differ from others by uniquely combining functional fitness with weight training and HIIT training. Many of the studios emphasize the fact that they serve HITT or Cardio Based workouts. We believe in both HIIT and cardio, but we also believe that it is impossible to build a dream body without regular weight lifting. Simply put, you won't find any professional athlete anywhere in the world that managed to become a pro by just doing HITT and Cardio workouts. Therefore, our method combines both approaches of HIIT and a meaningful weight lifting.
We are a fully equipped, state of the art, all-women's gym. Classes and personal training are taught on-site at our studio or online. With our weight training and HIIT combo, no two workouts are ever the same!
Nutrition Principles
Fitnello's nutrition approach is all about sustainability. This is not a diet where you will ever feel deprived. Here at Fitnello, we follow what we call our "5-FIT Rules". These rules are easy to remember and serve as your anchor for weight loss. That, along with our complete nutrition guide, dieting has never felt so effortless and enjoyable. You will learn to eat for your goals, to satisfaction, and flexibility, all while seeing weekly results that get you closer to your ultimate goal.
Macros are the foundation on which Fitnello Nutrition was built and which all of the recipes are based on. When it comes to changing your body composition, it comes down to the macronutrient ratio that you consume daily more so than your total calories. Elina is not only a women’s body transformation nutrition expert, but she is also a fitness recipe creator with several cookbooks. About Our Founder
Fitnello Fitness Founder, Elina Basaraba, began her journey in health and fitness when she was 21 years old. Prior to that, she was a typical teenager who ate fast food for lunch, Starbucks frappes for midday "pick me ups", and a bowl of ice cream to finish off her day. She knew nothing about healthy eating or working out, and quite frankly, did not even care. Elina lived impulsively in the moment like most teenagers do, not thinking about how these unhealthy habits would affect her in the long run.

During fall 2009, something very significant happened to Elina. That semester in college, a nutrition and weight lifting course had sparked her interest in a healthy lifestyle. This spark led her to begin her first blog titled "More Healthier You", where she would document the beginning of her journey on healthy eating and working out.

After finding out in December 2009 that she was pregnant with her first child, Elina's interest in health further skyrocketed because of one simple realization; She was no longer eating for her, but for her baby as well. Being a newlywed, expecting, and a college student, Elina and her husband had a tight budget. In spite of that, she made the conscious choice to prioritize high quality, organic ingredients within their household.

In 2015, Elina began private training sessions within her home in Seattle, Washington. After moving out of state and earning a reputable name in the greater Sacramento area, Elina opened her flagship studio in Rocklin, California in 2019.
