At FITNELLO, we’re not just personal trainers – we’re transformation coaches who live and breathe the science of women’s fitness. Every member of our team brings many years of real-world experience helping women build strength, confidence, and their dream bodies. 

Our team includes Elina, the founder and head coach — a Certified Glute Specialist, Sports Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, and Body Transformation Coach; Angelina, a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA; and Moira, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

What makes us different? We never stop learning. The world of health, fitness, and longevity is constantly evolving — and so are we. At Fitnello Women’s Gym in Rocklin, CA, every detail is intentionally designed with women’s bodies, goals, and comfort in mind. Our women-only fitness studio features professional-grade strength training equipment that allows you to train every key muscle group safely and effectively – from the dual cable crossover, hack squat, and leg press to the hip thrust platform, Smith machine, abductor, and lat pulldown stations. Each machine is carefully selected to help women build strength, preserve lean muscle, support joint health, and improve posture and balance – all while protecting the body from unnecessary strain or injury.

 

You’ll train in a private, supportive, women-only environment where the focus is entirely on you – your body, your progress, and your confidence. 1. What makes personal training at Fitnello different?

At Fitnello, you’ll work with personal trainers who are part of our team — not outside trainers renting the space. Every Fitnello trainer is personally taught our signature approach to women’s strength training, muscle building, and body transformation. They’re not only certified but deeply experienced, results-driven, and fully dedicated to helping you succeed.

Your trainer doesn’t just plan workouts — she creates a complete strategy for your body. Every session has a clear goal and purpose, so you always know what you’re doing, how to do it, and why it matters.

Our private studio is fully equipped with professional-grade machines designed specifically for building women’s strength — from glutes and legs to upper body and core. When you step into Fitnello and commit to your progress, you can be 100% confident that we know exactly how to get you results — and we’ll hold you super accountable every step of the way.

2. Is Fitnello a public gym?

No. Fitnello is a private, women-only studio, not an open gym.
You can train here only in small group classes or personal training sessions with our certified trainers. This allows us to keep the environment clean, calm, and focused — and to ensure that every woman using the space has guidance and structure. Every piece of equipment in our studio, from the hip thrust platform and hack squat to the dual cable crossover, is carefully chosen to help women build strength safely and effectively.

3. Who is personal training best for?

Our personal training is perfect for women who want a private, structured, and supportive experience, especially if:

  • You’re new to strength training and want to learn proper form

  • You prefer privacy and don’t enjoy public gym settings

  • You’re coming back after an injury or long break

  • You’re ready to build serious strength and shape your body with precision

4. How do you personalize the workouts?

We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your posture, muscle balance, and goals. From there, your trainer designs a plan that fits your body — adjusting load, tempo, rest, and exercise selection to help you progress week by week. We also use InBody body composition scans to track your real progress — muscle gain, fat loss, and strength changes — so you can see how your body is transforming.

5. How often should I train with a personal trainer?

That depends on your schedule and goals. Most women train 2–3 times per week for faster progress, while others combine 1 weekly personal training session with independent workouts at their local gyms.

6. What results can I expect?

Our clients usually start noticing changes within 4–6 weeks:

  • Stronger glutes, legs, and core

  • Better posture and mobility

  • Improved energy and confidence

  • Visible muscle tone

  • Sustainable fat loss and better body composition

7. Do you offer nutrition support too?

Yes! At Fitnello, we believe that training is only 20% of your success, the other 80% comes from proper nutrition. That’s why we offer Fitnello Nutrition Consultations, where you’ll get a custom macro-balanced meal plan full of high-protein, fun, and delicious meals that fit your lifestyle and goals.

8. Where is Fitnello located and who will train me?

Fitnello Fitness is a women-only strength training studio located in Rocklin, CA, founded by Elina Basaraba, certified body transformation coach.
You’ll train with Elina or one of our Fitnello-certified trainers — all experts in women’s strength training, body recomposition, and glute development.

9. Can I do both group classes and personal training?

Definitely! Many of our ladies do a mix — they love the energy of group classes but still want that personalized touch to correct form, master technique, or break through a plateau.
