MONDAY

BOOTY BOOT CAMP

A booty lift group class that focuses on glute, hamstring, and quad conditioning. This group fitness training is designed to strengthen your lower body and prepare for the more advanced glute builder strength training class. Glute activation and conditioning is essential for effective training.  Not only will our Booty Boot Camp class improve your fitness skills, it will improve your ability to recover and your body's cardiovascular system's performance.

WEDNESDAY

GLUTE BUILDER

Trim, tone, and strengthen your entire lower body with expert personal trainers. Use barbells, free weights, resistance bands, a squat rack, a leg press machine, and a hip thrusting bench to work the biggest muscles in your body! This group training class features strength-training circuits with short intervals of cardio and plyometrics to build and tone at the same time. Every group training class begins with glute activation to ensure you are getting the most effective workout possible.

FRIDAY

LOWER BODY

CONDITIONING

Performing short exercises that target your leg and glute muscles with high reps, is what makes this group fitness class a real calorie burner. Includes plyometric-based exercises and movement exercises such as walking lunges, monster walks, banded lateral walks, and much more. This workout will keep your heart rate up and legs burning. This group training is the perfect finisher to our Monday/Wednesday lower body days.

TUESDAY

UPPER BODY STRENGTH

Looking to get your arms toned? This group fitness class targets the delts, triceps, back, shoulders, biceps, and abs. Free weights, body weight, resistance bands, and weight machines are to be expected in all group fitness classes. We focus on muscular endurance, circuit training, and muscular hypertrophy. Although women are hesitant to train upper body, you absolutely need to in order to avoid imbalances, injury, and preserve joint-integrity.

THURSDAY

UPPER BODY STRENGTH

A second upper body strength group class to effectively target and tone the delts, triceps, back, shoulders, biceps, and abs. Features the same equipment and focus as the Tuesday group training class. Studies have shown that each muscle group should be trained 2 to 3 days per week for optimal muscle growth. Additionally, training upper body will allow you to kick ass and age gracefully! What better way to stay motivated than group fitness classes given by a personal trainer?

SATURDAY

TOTAL BODY BURN & SCULPT

A calorie-burning, muscle-plumping group fitness class designed to push your limits to the next level. This class focuses on full-body endurance and strength maximization. This body sculpting class improves your total fitness level, increases your cardiovascular endurance, and builds overall strength. Implementing a total body HIIT group class into one's workout routine can improve muscle recovery, aerobic and anaerobic performance.
