It focuses on full-body endurance and strength maximization, full-body sculpting, and improvement of your overall fitness level. The Total Body Boot Camp class will increase your full-body strength and endurance.

Strength building, muscle-pumping class designed to take your strength to the next level. It focuses on full-body endurance and strength maximization, full-body sculpting, and improvement of your overall fitness level. Quads & Hamstrings
Looking to get your upper body toned? Imagine an upper body strength group class will get it done for you! This class targets the delts, triceps, back, shoulders, biceps, and abs. We will use free weights, body weights, resistance bands, and weight machines to achieve the best results. Our workouts will boost your muscular endurance and your body will definItely get more toned... Join us!
Thursday
Shoulders & Triceps
Want your booty to pop? Join one of our Booty Pump Classes! In here you will use different resistance bands for glute activation; and, free weights plus body weights - to get that pump. Expect to do multiple variations of squats, deadlifts, and lunges. This group fitness training is designed to strengthen your lower body and prepare you for our more advanced glute class.

Tabata Class
Tabata is a time-based HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. A Tabata-based time scheme has no limits to which exercises you can pair together. It can be high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, strength training, or both, depending on the types of workout we are aiming for that day. The best part is we will never repeat the same workout. It keeps our Fridays fun and something to look forward to at the end of each hardworking week.

Total Body Burn & Sculpt
Calorie-burning, muscle-plumping class - designed to push your limits to the next level. It focuses on full-body endurance and strength maximization, full-body sculpting, and improvement of your overall fitness level. The Sculpt & Burn class will increase your cardiovascular endurance while building your overall strength. It combines HIIT training with other exercises to improve your muscle performance and recovery.
