Total Body Burn & Sculpt

This class is designed for women who want to stay intentional with their training while giving their body exactly what it needs before the new year’s cycle.

 

Total Body Burn & Sculpt takes you through 3 thoughtfully structured circuits — one upper body, one lower body, and one conditioning — each created to challenge you without overwhelming your system during deload. You’ll move with purpose through strength-focused work like Seated Arnolds, Incline Chest Press, Clean-and-Press, and EZ-Bar Curls, then shift into lower-body sculpting with Step-Ups, Box Sumo Squats, Banded Jump Squats, and DB Thrusters, finishing with a clean burst of HIIT using Ball Slams, Battle Ropes, Spin Climbs, and Sprawls.

Using a 45/20 timing scheme for three rounds, the session delivers intensity in a controlled, smart format — helping you maintain strength, improve conditioning, and feel prepared and confident as we transition into our new 10-week program. This class isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what’s right for your body — and feeling incredible in the process.

Booty Boot Camp

Every Tuesday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA

This session is all about intentional glute training without the heavy loading. Booty Boot Camp takes you through 3 time-based circuits designed to activate, lift, and shape your glutes using controlled, repeatable effort instead of maximal weight. You’ll work with medium to lighter loads, focusing on movement quality, tension, and endurance rather than low-rep strength sets. Every exercise runs on a 50-second work / 30-second rest format, allowing you to build a deep burn, maintain perfect form, and stay fully engaged throughout all three circuits of 4 movements.

This class is ideal for improving glute activation, symmetry, and muscle endurance — the kind of work that supports stronger lifts, healthier hips, and better results when we return to progressive overload in the new year. It’s a focused, feel-good burn that leaves your glutes awake, activated, and ready for more.

This class brings a balanced, feel-strong approach to your mid-week training. Total Body Sculpt & Tone blends lower body, upper body, HIIT, and core work into each circuit, giving you a complete, efficient workout without overwhelming intensity.

 

Every round is designed to move you through different patterns — lifting, bracing, pushing, pulling, and quick bursts of conditioning — so your entire body stays engaged while still supporting recovery during deload. Using a 40-second work / 20-second rest timing scheme, you’ll flow through thoughtfully selected exercises that help you sculpt, tighten, and tone from head to toe.

It’s a smooth, energizing session that strengthens your whole body, sharpens your core, and leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced, and strong.

Tabata Makes You Hotta!

This high-energy session delivers one of the most efficient conditioning workouts you can do. Tabata at Fitnello features fast, focused intervals that push your heart rate up, fire up your muscles, and keep your body moving with purpose. You’ll work through 9–10 Tabata segments across the hour — each built on the classic 20-seconds-on / 10-seconds-off structure — rotating through strength-based movements, cardio bursts, athletic conditioning, and core work.

The pace is invigorating, the intervals are addictive, and the variety keeps you fully engaged from start to finish. It’s the perfect class if you want a fun, sweaty, metabolism-boosting workout that leaves you feeling accomplished, energized, and yes… a little hotter.

Lower Body Conditioning

This class is designed to strengthen and refine every part of your lower body through purposeful, conditioning-based movement. Lower Body Conditioning blends controlled strength work, functional patterns, and lower-body endurance training to challenge your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves without relying on heavy weights. Expect steady pacing, clean technique, and exercises that build stability, power, and muscle stamina in all the right places.

It’s the kind of session that makes your legs feel strong, supported, and alive — a focused lower-body workout that delivers a deep, satisfying challenge while keeping your body moving with intention from start to finish.

Total Body HIIT

Every Saturday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA

8:30 – 9:30AM

This is your high-energy weekend reset — a session built to challenge your whole body through constantly changing intensity formats. Total Body HIIT blends multiple time schemes to keep the workout fresh, dynamic, and exciting: 45-second intervals, classic Tabata rounds, 30/60/90 endurance waves, and short, fast-paced AMRAPs where you repeat a small sequence of movements as many rounds as possible before the timer ends.

 

Each block brings a different style of effort, pushing your strength, conditioning, and mental grit in a way that keeps you fully engaged from start to finish.

 

It’s an upbeat, athletic, full-body burn that leaves you sweaty, accomplished, and ready to take on the weekend. Every class feels different — and that’s exactly what makes it so addictive.
