This class is built for women who want strong, sculpted legs and a powerful upper body while training with intention and structure. Quads & Back focuses on knee-dominant lower-body work paired with horizontal and vertical pulling to create balance, posture, and full-body strength. You’ll move through smartly programmed blocks featuring quad-focused lifts like Squats, Split Squats, Leg Press variations, and Step-Ups, paired with back-building movements such as Lat Pulldowns, Rows, Pull-Throughs, and controlled accessory work for stability and muscle connection.

 

The class blends strength and volume in a clear, repeatable format that challenges your muscles without burning you out — helping you build leg definition, improve back strength, support better posture, and feel powerful from head to toe. This is purposeful training that shapes your body, supports long-term progress, and leaves you feeling strong, confident, and accomplished.

Shoulders & Glutes

The class focuses on vertical pressing and hip extension, anchored by Big 10 lifts like the Barbell Military Press and Hip Thrust to build strength, shape, and stability. Supporting work includes Dumbbell Lateral Raises paired with Sumo Deficit Squats, Single-Leg RDLs with the opposite leg supported on a bench, and targeted Hip Abduction Machine work to enhance muscle activation and balance.

 

For women, this style of training delivers benefits far beyond aesthetics. Stronger glutes support healthy hips and lower back function, improve posture, and translate directly into better performance in everyday movement and other workouts. Shoulder strength creates a balanced upper-body shape, reduces injury risk, and builds confidence in pressing and lifting patterns. This class is built around the muscles that support your posture, movement quality, and long-term strength. Hamstrings & Lats trains the back side of the body — areas that are often undertrained but essential for feeling strong, stable, and pain-free. The focus is on hip hinge and vertical pulling, with Big 10 lifts like the Deadlift (RDL or Sumo) and Lat Pulldown forming the foundation of the workout. These are paired with targeted supporting exercises including Lying Hamstring Curls, Seated High Pulldowns, and Single-Arm Straight-Arm Cable Pulldowns performed kneeling, chosen to improve muscle engagement, coordination, and strength balance.

 

For women, this class is about building a strong base. Hamstring training supports knee and hip health, improves glute function, and helps prevent lower-back strain, while lat development enhances posture and creates upper-body strength without bulk. The programming is intentional and progressive, allowing you to build strength and muscle tone steadily while staying energized and recovered — making this class a key piece in long-term, sustainable training at Fitnello.

Chest & Quads/Glutes is a strength-driven class that combines powerful upper-body pressing with focused lower-body machine work for maximum muscle engagement and consistent progress. The session centers around horizontal pressing and controlled lower-body loading, anchored by Big 10 lifts like the Bench Press and Leg Press. These movements allow you to build strength safely and confidently, while supporting exercises such as Incline Dumbbell Chest Press, Glute-focused Bulgarian Split Squats, and Smith Machine Sumo Deadlifts add shape, balance, and targeted muscle activation.

This class is ideal for women who want to feel strong without feeling overwhelmed. Machine-based lower-body work helps you train hard while staying supported, making it easier to push intensity and see results. Upper-body pressing builds strength through the chest and arms, improving overall power and confidence. The flow of the workout is intentional and efficient — giving you a challenging, effective session that supports muscle tone, strength, and long-term progress, all while keeping training approachable and enjoyable.

Shoulders & Glutes is a sculpt-focused strength class designed to build defined shoulders and strong, balanced lower body strength. The class emphasizes shoulder shape and unilateral lower-body work, helping you create symmetry, stability, and visible muscle tone. Big 10 lifts like the Dumbbell Shoulder Press and Smith Machine Lunges form the foundation, allowing you to develop strength while maintaining control and proper alignment. Supporting exercises such as Cable Rear Delt Flys, Cable Kickbacks or Hyper Extensions, and Weighted Step-Ups or other glute-focused movements are used to deepen muscle activation and improve balance from side to side.

This training approach is especially effective for women because unilateral lower-body work strengthens each leg individually, supporting hip stability, posture, and injury prevention, while shoulder-focused training enhances upper-body shape without bulk. The combination of controlled strength and targeted accessories helps build lifted glutes, defined shoulders, and confident movement. With a smart, progressive structure, the class delivers results you can see and feel — leaving you stronger, more balanced, and empowered in your body.

Total Body HIIT

Every Saturday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA

8:30 – 9:30AM

This is your high-energy weekend reset — a session built to challenge your whole body through constantly changing intensity formats. Total Body HIIT blends multiple time schemes to keep the workout fresh, dynamic, and exciting: 45-second intervals, classic Tabata rounds, 30/60/90 endurance waves, and short, fast-paced AMRAPs where you repeat a small sequence of movements as many rounds as possible before the timer ends.

 

Each block brings a different style of effort, pushing your strength, conditioning, and mental grit in a way that keeps you fully engaged from start to finish.

 

It’s an upbeat, athletic, full-body burn that leaves you sweaty, accomplished, and ready to take on the weekend. Every class feels different — and that’s exactly what makes it so addictive.
