This Monday class is designed to train your entire body — with special attention on arms and abs. You’ll move through three dynamic circuits of strength and cardio exercises (timed intervals, 40s work / 20s rest) that keep your heart rate up and muscles burning.
Expect a mix of functional and explosive moves like battle ropes, kettlebell swings, push-ups, dumbbell raises, and core burners that challenge your strength and endurance from start to finish.
We wrap it all up with a spicy 8–10 minute EMOM finisher featuring a combination of burpees, jump squats, and upper-body presses — the perfect way to push past your limits and set the tone for the week.

You’ll move through a powerful lower-body lineup featuring Barbell Hip Thrusts, Bulgarian Split Squats, Cable Kickbacks + Hip Abductors, and Hack Squats — all carefully programmed to activate every part of your glutes and help you lift heavier week by week.

You’ll move through a powerful lineup of Barbell Back Squats, Deadlifts (RDL or Sumo), Weighted Walking Lunges, and Hamstring Curls or Quad Extensions — all programmed for progressive overload and perfect form.

Brutal HIIT Conditioning + Stretch & Mobility
Every Saturday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA
8:30 – 9:30AM
Saturday brings the best of both worlds — high-intensity conditioning and deep recovery work.
The first 40 minutes are pure fire: a time-based HIIT circuit (30/60/90s, Tabata, or 45s intervals) with 5 dynamic exercises per round. One circuit often includes sprints, with small training groups rotating through cardio machines for maximum effort and efficiency. The format works best with 12 participants or fewer, ensuring intensity and personal attention.
The second half slows things down with 20 minutes of Stretch & Mobility, focusing on hip openers, pigeon pose, spinal twists, thoracic mobility drills, hamstring stretches, and banded glute activation.
This session perfectly blends sweat and recovery — pushing your limits, then helping your body reset, open up, and move better for the week ahead.
