Activate your glutes and sculpt your curves in our Glutes Builder group class. Incorporating barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and targeted weight exercises, this session focuses on building rounded glutes for a strong and shapely lower body. For women, developing strong glutes not only enhances aesthetics but also improves posture, reduces the risk of injury, and enhances athletic performance.

Our Arms & Core class is all about building strength and definition in your upper body through focused, intentional training. We use a combination of dumbbells, resistance tools, and bodyweight movements to target the arms, abs, and deep core muscles. This is a strength-based, circuit-style workout, where you’ll move through a series of carefully programmed exercises with short rest between sets — designed to challenge specific muscle groups and maximize engagement.

Each circuit strikes the ideal balance of intensity, volume, and control, helping you train with purpose and precision. You’ll focus on biceps, triceps, obliques, and lower abs, using proper form and controlled movement patterns to build lean muscle and enhance definition.

The pacing keeps you progressing without rushing, allowing you to stay present, push yourself, and get the most out of every rep — without compromising technique or strength development.

Back & Shoulders

Our Back & Shoulders class is a strength-focused training session designed to build lean muscle, improve posture, and develop definition in your upper body — especially across the lats, traps, and shoulders.

We move through structured sets and reps using compound and isolation lifts to progressively overload key muscle groups. Exercises include Lat Pulldowns, Barbell Military Presses, Lateral Raises, Cable Rows, Single-Arm Plate Rows, Seated Arnold Presses, and Front Dumbbell Raises — all performed with a focus on proper form and progressive intensity.

This class emphasizes progressive overload, meaning we gradually increase the weight, reps, or training volume over time to help you gain strength and visible results. Rest periods are intentional, allowing you to recover and lift with purpose.

Lower Body Conditioning

Every Friday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA

Experience a full-body transformation with our Lower Body Conditioning class. In this hour-long session, we target the lower body through a variety of exercises such as squats, lunges, and leg lifts to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. For women, focusing on lower body training enhances lower body strength, tones muscles, supports better balance, and aids in injury prevention.

Tabata

Every Saturday at the Fitnello Gym in Rocklin, CA

8:30 – 9:30am

This isn’t your average group workout — it’s a 60-minute session built around the Tabata method: 20 seconds of intense work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated in cycles. It might sound simple, but don’t be fooled — it’s one of the most effective ways to burn fat, increase endurance, and boost your metabolism long after class ends. You’ll move through carefully designed circuits that mix cardio, bodyweight exercises, and functional strength training — all tailored for women’s bodies and fitness goals. But what really sets this class apart? The atmosphere. You’ll be surrounded by supportive women, guided by a coach who’s with you every step of the way, and empowered to push at your own pace.
