Our Arms & Core class is all about building strength and definition in your upper body through focused, intentional training. We use a combination of dumbbells, resistance tools, and bodyweight movements to target the arms, abs, and deep core muscles. This is a strength-based, circuit-style workout, where you’ll move through a series of carefully programmed exercises with short rest between sets — designed to challenge specific muscle groups and maximize engagement.
Each circuit strikes the ideal balance of intensity, volume, and control, helping you train with purpose and precision. You’ll focus on biceps, triceps, obliques, and lower abs, using proper form and controlled movement patterns to build lean muscle and enhance definition.
The pacing keeps you progressing without rushing, allowing you to stay present, push yourself, and get the most out of every rep — without compromising technique or strength development.

Our Back & Shoulders class is a strength-focused training session designed to build lean muscle, improve posture, and develop definition in your upper body — especially across the lats, traps, and shoulders.
We move through structured sets and reps using compound and isolation lifts to progressively overload key muscle groups. Exercises include Lat Pulldowns, Barbell Military Presses, Lateral Raises, Cable Rows, Single-Arm Plate Rows, Seated Arnold Presses, and Front Dumbbell Raises — all performed with a focus on proper form and progressive intensity.
This class emphasizes progressive overload, meaning we gradually increase the weight, reps, or training volume over time to help you gain strength and visible results. Rest periods are intentional, allowing you to recover and lift with purpose.
Lower Body Conditioning
