45-Minute Personal Training Trial
Description
If the idea of lifting weights feels intimidating, overwhelming, or unfamiliar – you are not behind, and you are not alone. Many women who train at Fitnello Fitness felt the exact same way before their first session. Your 45-Minute Personal Training Trial is designed to feel safe, slow, and supportive – not scary or exhausting. There is: • No pressure to perform • No expectation to “already know” anything • No rushing, judging, or pushing past your comfort level We start by simply getting to know you – how your body feels, what your goals are, and what you’re comfortable with right now. From there, your coach gently guides you through very basic movements to understand how your body moves. You’ll train using professional-grade, beginner-friendly strength machines that support your body and guide your movement. These machines are carefully selected to help women: • Train every key muscle group safely • Protect joints and reduce strain • Improve posture and balance • Build strength gradually and confidently Nothing feels chaotic or overwhelming. The equipment helps you feel stable, supported, and in control the entire time. You’ll be in a private, women-only environment, where the focus is fully on you – your body, your pace, and your comfort. No crowds. No comparison. Just calm, focused coaching. This session isn’t about lifting heavy or “working hard.” It’s about feeling supported, learning safely, and realizing that strength training can feel approachable, and even enjoyable. By the end, most beginners say the same thing: “That wasn’t scary at all.” By the end of your session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how your body moves, what strength training can feel like when it’s done gently and correctly, and whether personal training at Fitnello is right for you. You don’t need confidence to start. We’ll help you build it.

These communities are within a 10-15 minute drive from our Rocklin studio. In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 10-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 10-hr window.
