Classic Strength Split | Aug 4 – Sept 29, 2025 | Phase 1 We are introducing the classic split on the menu… literally. This fall training cycle, we’re reintroducing the classic muscle-building combo: Back & Biceps 💥 This class is designed to sculpt and strengthen your entire posterior chain — with a focus on shaping your upper back, improving posture, and building those strong, sexy arms you’ll be proud to flex. 💪🏼 We’re dialing in the basics that work: 🔹 Lat pull-downs 🔹 Cable rows 🔹 Dumbell Bend-over Rows 🔹 Preacher curls, hammer curls, and isolated cable biceps work Over the next 8 weeks, our focus is on: Building foundational pulling strength Enhancing mind-muscle connection (especially for biceps) Toning and tightening the arms Building those Lats to create the hourglass shape by bringing the illusion of a smaller waistline. 🔥 This split-style class runs on a progressive overload model, meaning you’ll track your weights and reps weekly to ensure strength increases and definition improves. Expect to sweat, pull heavy, and walk out with the confidence of a woman who lifts. The burn in your biceps? In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 24-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 24-hr window.
