How the Process Works: 1. Private 1-Hour Strategy Session Your journey begins with a private 1-hour strategy session with a Fitnello coach. This session allows us to understand your goals, current fitness level, training experience, lifestyle, and any limitations or injuries. During this consultation, we discuss what results you want to achieve, what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and how much time you can realistically dedicate to training each week. This conversation allows us to design a program that is both effective and sustainable for your lifestyle. 2. Your Customized 12-Week Strength Training Program After the strategy session, your Fitnello coach designs a fully customized 12-week strength training program tailored specifically to you. Your plan is structured using progressive overload principles to help you gradually increase strength, improve muscle tone, and avoid plateaus. The workouts are designed around your fitness level, available equipment, and schedule, ensuring that the program fits seamlessly into your routine. 3. Access to the Fitnello App You will receive complimentary first-month access to the Fitnello App, where your entire training program is organized. Inside the app you can: • View your workouts week by week • Track weights, sets, and repetitions • Monitor your progress over time • Watch video demonstrations for each exercise The app keeps everything simple and organized so you can focus on training with confidence. 4. Direct Access to Your Fitnello Coach Throughout your program, you will have direct communication with your Fitnello coach through the app. This allows you to ask questions, receive guidance, and get support whenever you need clarification on exercises or training progress. 5. Program Adjustments and Progress Support As you progress through the program, your coach can make adjustments to your training plan to ensure it continues to challenge you appropriately. Adjustments may be made based on your progress, recovery, schedule changes, or evolving goals. This ensures your program stays aligned with your development and continues delivering results.

We are currently serving: Fitness Classes in Rocklin, Fitness Classes in Roseville, Fitness Classes in Granite Bay, Fitness Classes in Loomis, Fitness Classes in Lincoln, Fitness Classes in Citrus Heights, Fitness Classes in Antelope, and Fitness Classes in Folsom, CA. These communities are within a 10-15 minute drive from our Rocklin studio. In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 10-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 10-hr window.
