Description
This class focuses on vertical pressing and hip extension — key movement patterns that build strong shoulders and lifted glutes. Using main lifts like the Barbell Military Press and Hip Thrust, the class helps improve strength, posture, and overall body shape without adding bulk. Supporting exercises such as lateral raises, sumo deficit squats, single-leg RDLs, and hip abduction work strengthen the hips, glutes, and shoulders, improving stability and balance. This makes everyday movement easier, reduces the risk of injury, and helps women feel stronger, more confident, and more capable over time.

In addition, our team is currently mentoring thousands of women via our online fitness programs, challenges, and weight loss coaching. Join us every week Monday through Saturday! CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings must be canceled via our booking system at least 10-hr prior to the start of the booked service. No exceptions. No Refunds or Credits will be given if the service was canceled after a 10-hr window.
