I do NOT create meal plans based on fad diets like keto, intermittent fasting, Whole30, low-carb plans, or any approach that cuts out entire food groups. They simply aren’t sustainable.

Your plan includes detailed workouts and a structured cardio regimen, complete with reps, sets, and intensity tailored to your fitness level, experience, and goals. This isn’t a one-and-done program — I adjust it as you progress to ensure every session remains effective and aligned with your transformation. And if you’re not entirely sure what your goals are, I’ll help you define clear, realistic, and motivating objectives.

Whether you train at home or in a gym, your program will fit seamlessly into your environment. If you work out at home, simply share the equipment you have and I’ll tailor your plan around it. If you prefer the gym, send me photos of the equipment available and I’ll create a program that maximizes your space. And if you need gear suggestions, I can recommend simple, budget-friendly options to support your training.

Video Demonstrations for Every Workout

You’ll never feel confused or unsure about how to perform an exercise. Every movement in your training program comes with a high-quality video demonstration that shows you exactly how to perform it with proper form, tempo, and technique.

With clear visual guidance, you’ll know exactly how each exercise should look and feel, helping you get the most out of every workout while avoiding mistakes or injuries. You can watch, pause, and replay each demonstration as often as you need.
