At Fitnello Women’s Gym in Rocklin, we've created a private, women-only strength training environment where women can focus on building muscle, getting stronger, lifting weights with confidence, and achieving lasting body composition results without the intimidation often found in traditional gyms.
Every machine on our gym floor has been carefully selected to support effective strength training, progressive overload, and long-term progress. From our hack squat, leg press, hip thrust, cable crossover, Smith machine, lat pulldown, and leg curl stations to our extensive selection of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, every piece of equipment serves a purpose.
We're continuously investing in new equipment and upgrading our facility to give women access to the best tools for weight lifting, muscle building, strength development, and body transformation. As strength training continues to evolve, so does our gym.

Small Group Strength Training For Women With Personal Coaching
Every class is led by an experienced Fitnello fitness coach who provides guidance, exercise demonstrations, form corrections, and ongoing support throughout the workout.
Think of it as the energy and motivation of a group workout combined with the personalized attention of a personal training session.
To ensure every woman receives the coaching she deserves, our classes are intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 women. This allows our trainers to monitor form, answer questions, provide modifications, and make sure you're training safely and effectively.
