Ingredients
16g of 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein Powder
30g Quick Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon (or as much as you'd like)
80g Chopped Carrots
7g Raisins
4 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps
Heat a nonstick pan.
In a blender add egg whites, carrots, oats, and protein powder until smooth.
Pour out blended mixture into a medium bowl and add the coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
Fold in the raisins.
Once the pan is preheated, spray it generously with nonstick spray and pour out 1/2 of the batter into the pan.
Once the pancakes start to form bubbles, flip it over and cook for another minute. Do the same with the rest of the batter.
