Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I recommend 1st PHORM Protein Powder or 1UP Nutrition Vegan Protein)

  • 40 grams frozen blueberries

  • 16 grams of your favorite nut butter

  • pinch of pink salt

Steps

  1. In a cereal bowl, place the frozen cauliflower, pinch of pink salt, and about 1/4 cup water.

  2. Microwave for 90 seconds.

  3. Add in the egg whites and microwave it in 20 second intervals; stirring each time (about 3 times until fluffy and resemble oatmeal consistency).

  4. Let it set for 1-2 min.

  5. Add the protein powder and stir.

  6. Top with your favorite nut butter and frozen blueberries.
