Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen riced cauliflower
1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I recommend 1st PHORM Protein Powder or 1UP Nutrition Vegan Protein)
40 grams frozen blueberries
16 grams of your favorite nut butter
pinch of pink salt
Steps
In a cereal bowl, place the frozen cauliflower, pinch of pink salt, and about 1/4 cup water.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Add in the egg whites and microwave it in 20 second intervals; stirring each time (about 3 times until fluffy and resemble oatmeal consistency).
Let it set for 1-2 min.
Add the protein powder and stir.
Top with your favorite nut butter and frozen blueberries.
