  • 100 grams of egg whites

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (or as much as you'd like)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread


Topping Ideas:

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 100 grams of frozen blueberries (microwaved for 30 seconds)

  • Sugar-Free maple syrup

Steps

  1. Heat up a non-stick pan.

  2. Stir all ingredients (except bread) in a shallow bowl.

  3. Soak the bread in the mixture until it absorbs all the liquid.

  4. Generously spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  5. Cook the french toast for 2 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
