Ingredients

  • Meat Of 1 Young Coconut

  • 200g Organic Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 2 Tbsp of Agave, optional to make it sweeter without added sugar is to add 1-2 tbsp of powdered swerve calorie free sweetener

  • 2 Soaked Dates, Pitted (Soak For a Few Hours)

  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

Steps

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  2. Adding a little bit of ice at a time to make sure it’s not too thick.

  3. Be sure to use a Vitamix tamper to facilitate the blending process.
