Ingredients
3 Egg Whites
10 grams Almond Flour
20 grams Level-1 Protein Powder flavor of choice
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
30 grams Greek 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
Steps
In a small bowl, mix the almond flour with Level-1 Protein Powder, baking powder, pinch of salt and cinnamon if you prefer.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 egg whites and Greek Yogurt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring well.
Spray your skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking oil.
Create 3 medium-size pancakes. Coo for about 1-2 minutes, flipping each pancake to cook on the other side.
