Ingredients
3 Cups of Mixed Greens
1⁄4 Of Long English Cucumbers
1⁄4 Avocado
2 Sliced Strawberries
20-40 Grams of Thinly Sliced Red Onion
Dressed in Simple White Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:
2 Tbsp of White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil
Salt/ Pepper to Taste
1⁄2 Tsp of Agave
Steps
Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl and add the greens.
Add the topping, coat the veggies evenly. If you choose to go with Nuts/Seed/Dry Fruit category, I suggest that you top this salad with chopped walnuts and dry cranberries. If you choose the STARCH category, you can top with Organic Edamame and pair that with Ezekiel Toast and Avocado.
Whisk all the Salad dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Add the mixed greens and toss them gently in the dressing so it’s evenly coated.
Add the rest of the salad ingredients and toss around one more time to combine the salad.
