Ingredients

  • 30 grams of ground quick oats/ oat flour

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or Kefir

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • cinnamon to taste

  • 1 packet of truvia

  • 1-3 tablespoons of almond milk to thin the batter (if needed)

Steps

  1. Mix all dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

  2. Cook 4-5 small pancakes OR 2 larger ones.

  3. Drizzle with 16 grams of almond butter and top with 80 grams of berries (1/2 cup).
