Ingredients

  • 30g Quick Oats

  • 20g Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Powder

  • 10g PB Powder

  • 10g Chia Seeds

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 30g Thinly Sliced Banana

  • 80g Cashew Milk

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Let it stand on the counter for 20 minutes. Stir a few times during these 20 minutes so it is nice and thick.

  3. Scoop out the oat minute into a jar, close it with the jar lid, and store it in the fridge until ready to eat. I typically store mine overnight. These can be kept in the fridge for approximately 4 to 5 days.
