2 Red Peppers
1⁄4 Cup of Tahini
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1⁄2 Tsp of Himalayan Salt
1 Tsp of Cumin

Juice of One Lemon
Steps
Place all the ingredients in the food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Store the hummus in a glass jar for up to one week in the fridge.
