  • 1 Medium Head Cauliflower, Cut Up into Florets

  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced

  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary, Finally Chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives to Garnish

  • 1 Tbsp. Melted Coconut Oil
