Operated by certified and experienced female fitness trainers, we specialize in classic weightlifting while keeping in mind that women require tailored training compared to men. Our fully equipped facility features state-of-the-art strength equipment and an extensive range of free weights.
Whether you're looking to sculpt a beautifully toned, feminine physique or enhance your overall strength, our studio offers daily group classes focused on specific muscle groups and private training sessions for personalized guidance from the best female trainers in the Sacramento area.

Ways to Train with Us
You can train with us in two ways: by joining our small group strength training classes or by working 1:1 with one of our professional Fitnello trainers.
Our group sessions are designed for women who love the energy of training together while still getting personalized attention from the coach. If you prefer more privacy or need focused guidance, our personal training option is perfect for you. Your trainer will help you master proper form, build strong muscle-mind connection, and progress at your own pace without rushing, guessing, or feeling lost.

We operate by the workout split, targeting a different muscle group each day.
Classes are held 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
2 days are dedicated to total body high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for cardio and endurance.
The other 4 days focus on classical weightlifting to sculpt toned, feminine bodies and build strength — without creating a bulky, competition-style physique. Many women mistakenly believe they will look like figure competitors if they start lifting weights, but this is a misconception.


Each workout is carefully designed by our experienced Fitnello trainer before each training, and is based on the number of registered participants and their fitness levels.
You will most likely never repeat the same workout for the same muscle group the following week unless you are in a specialized program where repeating the same exercises is necessary to further your results.
Each session is limited to 12 participants maximum, so you get personalized attention and proper form correction by a Fitnello trainer.
Fitnello feels like a family! If you miss a class, be ready get a message from your trainer or another member to check in on you :)
