​We are a women-only strength training gym in Rocklin, CA dedicated to helping women build muscle, lose body fat, and achieve a lean, toned physique through structured weightlifting programs. Our approach to women’s strength training focuses on progressive overload, proper technique, and sustainable fat loss.

Led by certified female fitness trainers, our Rocklin strength training gym is designed specifically for women who want to lift weights safely and effectively. At Fitnello, you can choose the training experience that fits your goals and comfort level — either through our small group women’s strength training classes or through one-on-one personal training with one of our professional coaches.

Our small group sessions are perfect for women who enjoy the motivation and energy of training in a supportive community while still receiving hands-on coaching and individual form guidance. If you prefer a more private environment or want fully personalized attention, personal training offers focused support tailored specifically to you. During 1:1 sessions, your trainer works closely with you to refine technique, improve muscle-mind connection, and ensure consistent progress at a pace that feels strong, confident, and sustainable.

We operate by the workout split, targeting a different muscle group each day.

Classes are held 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.

2 days are dedicated to total body high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for cardio and endurance.

The other 4 days focus on classical weightlifting to sculpt toned, feminine bodies and build strength — without creating a bulky, competition-style physique. Many women mistakenly believe they will look like figure competitors if they start lifting weights, but this is a misconception.

Each workout is carefully designed by our experienced Fitnello trainer before each training, and is based on the number of registered participants and their fitness levels.

You will most likely never repeat the same workout for the same muscle group the following week unless you are in a specialized program where repeating the same exercises is necessary to further your results.

Each session is limited to 12 participants maximum, so you get personalized attention and proper form correction by a Fitnello trainer.

Our Studio and Equipment

At Fitnello Women’s Gym in Rocklin, CA, every detail of our space is intentionally designed to support women’s strength training, muscle building, and long-term body transformation. This is not a typical gym — it’s a women-focused strength studio created to help you train with confidence, lift with purpose, and see measurable results.

Our boutique strength training facility features professional-grade equipment specifically selected for progressive overload and effective muscle development. From dual cable crossover, hack squat, and leg press machines to hip thrust platforms, Smith machine, abductor stations, lat pulldown, and leg curl equipment — every station is chosen to support lower body, upper body, and full-body strength training. We also offer a full range of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to meet you at every level of your lifting journey.
